Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, service-driven office. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 26 years in the broadcast industry as a meteorologist, which helped develop strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.

I’m a graduate of Mississippi State University and a proud spouse and parent of two. As a family, we love to travel and are big Disney fans, always looking forward to our next adventure together. We stay involved in the community by sponsoring local sports teams and supporting youth activities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Craig Carnesi - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
